Chicken Fried Rice

Yields1 Serving


 2 pinches Salt
 1 tbsp White Pepper
 1 tsp Garlic Powder
 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
 1 tsp Fish sauce
 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
 3 lbs Butter
 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
 50 g Carrots
 1 Shallot
 3 Garlic
 350 g Chicken trips
 2 Eggs
 3 cups Cooked Rice

Beat the eggs and add it in the pan. Cook as scrumbled egg. Once it's cook, set aside and remove from the pan.


Add oil in the hot pan and sauté garlic and onion together and add a pinch of salt. Once it's golden brown, add chicken and carrots and let it cook for a bout 5-10 minutes. Once it's cooked, set aside.


Set the heat into medium and add Butter. Once it's hot, add in the rice and mix it until rice is fried.


Combine sautéd Chicken & carrots in the pan. Add salt, white pepper, cayenne and garlic powder and mix well.


Once all ingredients are well mixed, add in Sesame oil and Egg. Let it cook a bit more for about 3-5 minutes until you hear some cracking. Means the rice is ready to serve.
