Gluten-free Oatmeal Banana Pancake

Ingredients
 1 cup Gluten Free Oatmeal
 2 Fresh Banana
 2 tbsp Yogurt
 2 Large Eggs
 1 tsp Baking Powder
 1 tsp Vanilla/Cinnamon
 2 tbsp Coconut/ Olive Oil
Instructions

Put all ingredients in a mixer except oil.
I used thermomix to mix all my ingredients and I set it to 1 mins on speed 4.

Put a pan in medium heat then brush some oil in the pan so it will not become too greasy.

Add a scoop of the pancake batter and cook it 2 minutes per side.

Once it’s all cooked put it in serving plate and top it up with your favourite fruits. I put some lemon powder sugar on top, maple syrup and done. Breakfast is ready.
