Spicy Chicken Adobo

Ingredients
 350 g Chicken (Pollofino)
 5 Cloves of Garlice
 1 Large Onion
 50 g Soysauce
 1 tsp Vinegar/Lemon Juice
 2 tbsp Olive Oil/Veg Oil
 1 tbsp Black Pepper
 1 Fresh Chili
 3 Bay Leaves
 0.50 cup Water
 2 Boiled Egg
Instructions

Put Oil in medium heat pan. Once it’s hot, add half of Garlic and Onion then sautee together.

Once it’s golden brown, add chicken and fry them together.

Put chili, pepper and bay leaves and simmer until chicken is crusted from frying.

After 5-10 minutes. Add soysauce and vinegar, stir and add water then let it simmer.

Once the liquids are thickening, put it on low heat and put the lid and simmer it more for about 5 minutes.

Add Boiled eggs and take it out from heat and cover. Wait for 2 minutes and ready to plate. Enjoy
